In November of 2010, the Swedish Comics Association will be arranging a comics festival for grown-ups and small press publishers of comics, with a bookfair, exhibitions, events and international guests. The theme for 2010 is sex & war and we are looking forward to a comics experience for anyone who is interested in what's inventive and cool on the Swedish and international small press comics scene. The main festival weekend takes place November 12-14, but we start one week earlier, November 5-7 with a small animated film festival in cooperation with Folkets Bio Malmö.
AltCom 2010 brings the grown-up comics culture to the people of Malmö and the Öresund region, presenting comics from publishers, artist studios and self-publishing comics creators.
