GRANOPLAY = GRAPHIC NOVEL COSTUME PLAY

PITKÄMIES ORGANISES THE FIRST GRANOPLAY!
On saturday 16th of May, Pitkämies and Sarjakuvakeskus will celebrate their first anniversary. In honor of that I am organising the very first graphic novel costume play. Everybody is invited to dress up like a comic character from any graphic novel. Maybe you want to wear that "No 1 Dad" shirt with black pants and turn out like Jimmy Corrigan, or sport those cool glasses like Enid in Ghostworld? Come on over, go a bit crazy and mingle with your fellow granoplayers! The best dressed player will win a 50€ gift voucher at the store!
The Rules
1) No manga characters!!
There's already plenty of Cosplay events out there. Let's do it different this time, ok?
2) No dressing up like yourself
Everybody's making autobiographical comics these days (at least in finland) so "coming as you are" is not an option here. Pitkämies demands effort!
3) Show up at the store at least half an hour before the award is given.
This means coming to the store at 3 and parading for a good 30 min. Pitkämies himself will be a whole day in costume...
