Hi! It has not been told if there will come a new story or not after the current one. I can inform on this thread what happens. I guess this adventure will end on June 17.
You could mention in PhantomWiki that Ilta-Sanomat publishes Phantom strips five days a week.

Is there new info today?
Yes. The Lucy Cary adventure ended yesterday on June 16. Unfortunately Ilta-Sanomat skipped six strips, 12 October – 17 October 1964. The comic strip editors of the paper didn’t correct the mistake, though they noticed it. I don’t know why. It’s a real pity and shame, and I stop following and collecting these strips, since I can’t be sure that all strips of the stories will be published!
Today started the new adventure, D90. It comes right after the previous story.

Thanks for info. Does D 90 have Finnish title, like D 89 had title "Lucy Caryn seikkailut"?

Yep. The title is "Kelmit". It means "Rogues" or "Bad Ones". I know that the title is "The Bad Ones" in English.
It is nice that you are interested in Phantom in Finland.

Thanks. It's interesting that titles of these stories are different than in previously publications in Finnish comic books.
We are interested in all informations about the Phantom. For Finnish issues, we have permission for using info from
http://koti.mbnet.fi/tynninen/mustanaamio_index/
, but some informations are incomplete there.

That’s because Ilta-Sanomat has translated them again. They are not material given and translated by Bull’s nor Semic/Egmont.

What missing information do you mean? I think in those pages the Phantom comic books have been indexed very well. There has not been tried to index newspaper stories out there.
There have been dozens of Finnish newspapers where the Phantom has had adventures. To PhantomWiki’s
list
I can add Etelä-Suomen Sanomat and Pohjolan Sanomat. The former newspaper doesn’t publish the strip anymore. I don’t know about the latter.
In my knowledge, Seura is the only Finnish paper, which has published Sunday stories of the Phantom, I believe since the 1950’s. It is not a newspaper, but a weekly magazine.
The ongoing adventure in Seura is S 170. It started in issue 2010-50. The former story S 169 ran from issue 2010-23 to 2010-49. I will check next week if any Finnish title was given to the stories.
Btw, where do you live?

About this issue
http://koti.mbnet.fi/tynninen/mustanaamio_index/html/f/f-1961-03.html
And about these stories
http://koti.mbnet.fi/tynninen/mustanaamio_index/indeksit/indeksi_mustanaamio.html
But I've got some help from an Swedish collector who has Finnish issues and identified stories.
However, I still wait for informations about some short stories.
For example, I still can't find where are from this page in attachment. It should be excerpt from an newspaper story by Wilson McCoy.

I see what you mean. For some reason Juha has not written much info on many Italian stories. Maybe because artists have been unknown. Ok, some info is also missing in American Phantom comic book stories.

Only the last panel is by McCoy. A Swedish or Finnish artist imitates him in other panels in an ugly way. That is not a newspaper story, it is a detective puzzle meant for children.

That is possible, maybe in the 1960s, but I have seen only dailies in those two papers.
Thanks for addings, and thank you, in general for your work in PhantomWiki! I would be interested to contribute, but am too busy. Maybe some day.

However, I've compared those Fratelli Spada and American stories with original versions and identified them.
Thanks for info about detective puzzle.

It’s great that you have identified all long stories! Short stories are difficult to trace.
The title “Mustanaamion salapoliisitehtävä” means “The Phantom’s detective puzzle”. Here’s a short translation:
Panel 1: The drums tell the Phantom that the Tessai tribe has stolen treasures from the Wambesi chief. The chief is gathering his warriors.
Panel 2: The Phantom arrives at the Wambesi village and negotiates with the chief not to attack the Tessais for next 24 hours. The Phantom thinks Tessais are peaceful people.
Panel 3: The Phantom believes the thief will return for getting more treasures. He hides himself near the Wambesi chief’s cottage. In the night, someboby’s entering the cottage. The Phantom hits him, and the stranger escapes.
Panel 4: The Phantom doesn’t want to awake the chief. In the morning, he asks the chief to gather his people. He knows he can reveal the thief to them. Can you guess how he can know it? The answer is on this page upside down.
Answer: The thief has the Phantom’s skull mark. He was caught immediately.
