Scandinavian Journal of Comic Art The newly founded Scandinavian Journal of Comic Art will publish a special edition on the Contemporary Comics conference. The presenters at the conference will be given the opportunity to re-write their presentation into an article and submit it to the journal’s special issue.
Scandinavian Journal of Comic Art is an online, open-access, peer reviewed academic journal about comics and sequential art, focusing on the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden). The articles presented should either be about topics relating to these Scandinavian countries and/or written by Scandinavian academics. Special issues are also devoted to academic conferences i Scandinavian countries, with contributions by academics from all over the world.
