Competition topic: PORTRAIT
Term of participation in the competition.
Number of pages: no more than 3 (one finished story in Russian or in English or without words).
Format: А4 (other formats won’t be accepted for participation).
Deadline for accepting the works: August, 1 2009.
Requirements for works providing: works are provided in TIF, 300dpi, it is not allowed to use layers, ZIP or RAR archiving are recommended.

Age groups:
1 group – up to 14 years inclusive;
2 group – from15 years and upwards.
Exhibition: the best works will be exhibited on the main ground of the festival in September 2009. Participation in the exhibition is free.
Competition nominations: for each age group different grand prizes are provided: prize for best script, prize for graphic solution.
Winners will be announced on the last week-end of September.
Prizes will be granted by Festival partners.
ATTENTION: works sended without an application form won’t be accepted for participation. Festival organizing committee can use fragments of sended works for mass media provision in terms of Festival or contest advertising. Besides, works included in exhibition program will be put up on the festival site, printed in the catalogue and can be used in movable exhibitions in Russia or beyond the borders of the country.
